The show continues to educate preschoolers on the joys of the alphabet and counting, thanks to beloved characters such as Big Bird, Elmo and Cookie Monster.Of course, music is an integral part of the show -- and due to the show's reputation, it is able to entice many, many famous musicians to head on down to Sesame Street for a spell.
